Use the electricity
Charge a battery
To charge a battery we need DC current (a positive and negative wire), but the generator prouces 3-phase alternating current. Therefore we must rectify it.
Build a rectifier
Building a rectifier is as easy as feeding the 3-phase current into six 10A diodes. The Rload in the schematic can be two 12V batteries on a charge controller as the windturbine is designed to output around 24V.
